What is grade 2 breast cancer. If you have stage 2 breast cancer it means that the cancer hasnt spread beyond the breast tissue or nearby lymph nodes. If the numbers add up to 3-5 the cancer is grade 1 well differentiated. The difference is determined by the size of the tumor and whether the breast cancer has spread to.
